Ordering the CD-ROM

Cost:

The CD-ROM costs $20.00 plus $3.50 for shipping and handling. California residents are required to pay 7.25 percent sales tax.

You will receive a USERNAME and PASSWORD with your CD-ROM. Be sure to look for the sticker on the CD-ROM.

Keep this safe because you will need these words to submit ideas.

Mac and Windows:

The CD will play on both Mac and Windows with two important differences for Mac users: 1) when Apple released OSX it eliminated autoplay for CD-ROMs, so that feature does not work 2) it also eliminated the video codec needed to play back the visuals to the videos on the disc. The audio track of the videos will play, but not the picture. Most Mac users either borrow a friend's Windows machine for the time necessary to watch the content, or else just listen. Given that these are talking head interviews, this seems fine with most members.

The price for shipping is the same regardless of country.

All payment should be in U.S. dollars. Banks can make the currency conversion for you easily if you are paying by money order.
